THE RECAP

The 2010 Kenya Marathon Dinner was held at Kenwood Academy on Chicago's South Side, Friday, October 9th, honoring the elite Kenyan athletes racing the Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

The occasion was graced by Olympic Champion and two-time Chicago Marathon winner the late Sammy Wanjiru, along with the then-Kenyan Ambassador to the United States, Mr. Elkanah Odembo.

Special Guest: Olympic Champion Sammy Wanjiru.
